CHAMPIONING STANDARDBRED RACING EXCELLENCE AT THE MEADOWS

MSOA, the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association, unites owners, trainers, and drivers devoted to Standardbred horse racing at The Meadows in Washington, Pennsylvania. Since 1977, we’ve promoted harness racing, safeguarded member interests, and advocated for legislation benefiting the sport.

Located at The Meadows’ backstretch adjacent to key offices, our association ensures close communication and responsiveness to members’ needs. We negotiate contracts, oversee grievance procedures, and maintain open channels of communication.

We actively monitor and endorse legislation supporting harness racing’s growth and integrity, fostering public interest and confidence in the sport.

Membership is open to eligible owners, trainers, and drivers, with associate membership available to industry contributors. Members enjoy voting rights, access to benefits programs, and regular communication.
